- Graduates of Grade 12 from public and private schools in areas covered. Applications from the private schools must have deped voucher and must be grade 10 finishers from public high schools
- Candidates must have annual income of P150,000 or less
- Applications should have a general weighted average of 92% or grade 12 – 1st semester.
