Benefits of DOST JLSS Scholarship

The DOST JLSS Scholarship Program provides many benefits to its scholars.

  • Tuition and school fee subsidy of PHP 40,000/yearly,
  • Learning materials and connectivity allowance of PHP 10,000/yearly,
  • Monthly living allowance of PHP 7,000,
  • Transportation allowance for one economy-class roundtrip fare,
  • Graduation allowance of PHP 1,000
  • Group health and accident insurance premium, a thesis allowance of PHP 10,000

Summer Allowance

Students who qualify for the scholarship program may receive:

  • Tuition fee of ₱10,000.00,
  • Learning materials and/or connectivity allowance of ₱2,000.00,
  • Monthly living allowance of ₱7,000.00 for two months.

What are the Requirements?

To apply for the DOST Scholarship, the applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a Filipino citizen
  • Have graduated high school with an average of at least 85%
  • Pursue a Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Engineering, or Technology related field
